Automated Pallet Transferring Zalpha Lowbed with Lifter

Overview

A plastic pallet manufacturer installed the Zalpha Lowbed with Lifter to transfer pallets from the production line to the packaging station, reducing manpower requirements.

Solution

By installing the automobile robot into the production line, they are mange to:

• increase the efficiency
• reduce usage of manpower
• reduce hazard while transferring by forklift

The transferring process does not require any manpower after installing the automobile robot. Linear actuator will transfer the pallets from the molding machine to the platform. Pallets stack on the platform until a certain height then the limit switch will be triggered, task assigned accordingly.
